makes a hard landing. The owner of the bike only had it for 2 weeks. Couldn't get RM to replace it - not even at cost. The bike shop, Gregg's Cycles finally "agreed" to "let" him buy a replacement frame at their cost!! OUCH!! Moral of the story: Warranties on Frames aren't always what you think they are. Better research and see how good others have been treated by frame manufacturers & bike stores. Every story is unique. There are good and bad - this one is definitely unique. YES the guy lived with only "minor" injuries and still rides an Instinct.
